FIX 1: Make sure that the "mini-B" end of the USB cable is properly connected to the "mini-B" connector on the RotoView unit. Also, check that the "A" end of the USB cable is properly plugged into your PC. Click the USB button to establish a connection.

FIX 2: Make sure that nothing is obstructing the reset button labeled S1 on the RotoView unit. If the button is held down, a USB connection cannot be made. If you believe that may have been the problem, press the reset button once, wait a few seconds, and then click the USB button.

FIX 3: If the USB button is blue like so, simply unplug and replug the "A" end of the USB cable from your PC. You may want to try another USB port on your PC, but it is not necessary.

WARNING: If you unplug the USB cable from your PC while the Active Indicator is animated, you may need to close and re-open the RotoView Evaluation System to be able to establish a USB connection.
